Ecomax Premium® offers a selection of certified protective envelopes that are not only 100% plastic-free but also environmentally friendly and easily recyclable, eliminating the need for sorting. These envelopes are crafted entirely from paper, similar to conventional air bubble envelopes with foil linings.
The envelopes are made of 6 layers of strong uncoated paper, which enhances resistance to damage to the envelope content. The interior of the envelopes is lined with protective and flexible double layers of a 100gsm paper bubble insert which stiffens the envelope, deadens shocks, and prevents scratches, creasing, and breakage. Finally, strong, hot melt glue is placed on the straight or trapezoid-shaped closing flap of the envelope. The wide seal on the double-sided edges of the envelope is fully lined with a protective layer bottom that prevents it from being torn apart.
You can identify the envelope using printed markings, such as a given product brand, the envelope symbol, or its unique barcode. The products that are sent with Ecomax Premium® envelopes can be packed manually, no packing machines are required.
